Keeping our clients and surveyor safe during a visit
As we move through each phase in the Government’s roadmap, we must all remember that COVID-19 remains a part of our lives. We are going to have to keep living our lives differently to keep ourselves and others safe. We must carry on with ‘hands, face, space’. Comply with the COVID-Secure measures that remain in place.

COVID-19 Response – Spring 2021 (Summary)
It is so important that we do everything to keep our Clients and our Surveyor protected during our visit. We are slowly working our way out of the Covid-19 Pandemic and restrictions are easing but we still have a long way to go. It is important that we must remain very mindful of risks and safety precautions with the pandemic and the newly emerging variants.
Elite Surveyors Limited (ESL) will issue each client with a Covid-19 Pre-visit Guidance document. Our Surveyor will follow current Government guidance. In addition, our inspections are in full compliance with health and safety for those who are ‘at risk’ or ‘vulnerable’.
If you are in an ‘at risk or vulnerable category’ we will need to know in advance. We will be more than willing to reschedule our visit to a time when you feel it is safe for you.
When we carry out work in the property we will:
- confirm the Surveyor is in good health and displays no signs of COVID-19;
- comply with social distancing at all times;
- use disinfectant wipes to clean all Surveyor equipment before entering the property
- wear adequate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), gloves, shoe protectors and face mask;
- have minimal contact with all surfaces whilst at the property;
- require no physical contact with occupants during the survey;
- will respect the Client’s space at all times.
